Congratulations to PhD candidate Joel Hughes for being awarded the Gerald Pratley prize by the Film Studies Association of Canada!
Joel is currently examining the relationship between residential schools and film, investigating how the screenings of popular films in schools are used to inculcate Native children. Moreover, Joel’s research paper-writer-help.net also concentrates on the NFB’s participation in school programs.
